Scheduled Maintenance - xDSL Platform IPStream

Work will be carried out on BT Wholesale's 21CN Broadband Network which will be carried out on the following dates and times;

Monday 29/11/2010 02:00 - 06:00
Tuesday 30/11/2010 02:00 - 06:00
Wednesday 01/12/2010 02:00 - 06:00
Thursday 02/12/2010 02:00 - 06:00

During these times line cards will be remotely reset to take new firmware.

There are 243 exchanges affected by this maintenance.

BT advise that customers will experience downtime of around 60 minutes, however we would ask customers to wait for the maintenance window to close and to reboot their router before contacting the support desk should connectivity issues persist.
