Dear customer.
We have become aware of an issue on the xDSL platform caused as we understand it by network flaps from our provider which have taken a number of circuits out of service.
They are aware of the issue and working towards a resolution at this present time.
This occured at 11:50 am.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused
*** Update 12:16 pm ***
All services have been restored and we have been advised the router and switching manufacturers are in communication to work towards a resolution of apparent compatibility. We are expecting emergency scheduled maintenance this evening to be advised shortly.
*** Resolved ***
The supplier has advised remedial measures have been taken and are confident the issue has been resolved.
Once again, apologies to all concerned.
